You all need to check out this place!

In an effort to get Liv involved in some sort of activity, we went to check out the new MyGym that opened in Layton, right behind the Walgreen's on Antelope Drive. We liked it so much, all THREE of them have enrolled. Even our oldest, who was very reluctant, thinking he was too old for that kid stuff begged to be enrolled.

So here's the deal: there are parent-involved classes for the young 'uns like Liv, and older kids can get dropped off for an hour of fun! All classes are oriented towards their ages and abilities, of course. EX: Dylan learned about his triceps last night and how to stretch and strengthen them, ran relays, and played capture the flag, and all sorts of other stuff. The staff is awesome and I trust them with my own. The layout of the gym is changed weekly to keep the kids interested at all times.

AND get this: once enrolled, each kid has unlimited free play. They have two one-hour free play sessions scheduled throughout each week and parents can just drop them off to play! This place's proximity to Target is also a big thumbs up!
