And the dinosaur said OK

This was supposed to be S' original costume for Halloween. She caught a glimpse of the T-Rex costume in Denver, and quickly reneged. (So much for saving $$$ on a costume.) But one of her neighbor friends held a princess party yesterday, and it called for guests to dress up as a princess. Initially, I was skeptical, thinking S would still insist on roaring her way through the party, but she pulled out the Snow White dress of her own accord. Yeay! And she wanted me to curl her hair under and put a red bow in so she would match the picture of the princess on her dress.

Me: So, no T-Rex today?
S: No, princesses are scared of dinosaurs. I'm a pretty princess today.
