Christmas Eve, we drove down to Holladay to deliver the gifts to our Sub for Santa family. It was a touching and moving experience, one that the kids will be taking with them for years to come. It's been so rewarding, we are planning to do it each year.
We got home, opened the one gift we are allowed to open on Christmas eve: pajamas, and hunkered downstairs to munch on fresh-baked cookies and a showing of "It's a Wonderful Life."
