I am on a mission to prove to the rest of the fam that zucchini CAN be delicious. I figure this could be an alternate to force feeding.

I have one, I will email it to you. I also have a yummy recipe for a zucchini quiche type thing (I can't remember what it's called, but it is delish!) My kids even liked it.
